Any personal data collected on this site is processed by EnVoix Association, 38 rue Saint-Jean, 55000 Bar-le-Duc FR, reachable at contact@associationenvoix.fr.

Data collected

When you use the contact form, the data you enter (name, email, message and, if you choose to attach one, a file) is sent to us by email, solely to reply to you. Depending on the subject you choose, your message goes to contact@associationenvoix.fr (general information) or to adhesion@festivalbarenvoix.com (membership / donation). In either case, it is never shared, used for any other purpose, or sent to a third-party service. No analytics or advertising tracking tool is currently used on this site.

Retention period

Data submitted through the contact form is not stored on our server: it only exists in our mailbox, for as long as needed to handle your request. You can ask us at any time to access or delete it by writing to contact@associationenvoix.fr.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@associationenvoix.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or your local data protection authority.

Third-party services

This site displays an environmental score badge (Ecoindex) loaded from a third-party server (jsdelivr.net). This does not set a cookie, but does send your IP address to that third party, as with any network request. See our dedicated cookies page for the full list of technologies used.
